CostWhat.com is a free service for consumers who want to know what their home value is.  Our service takes your address and returns a Google map listing the 10 most recent home sales in your neighborhood.  The home sales information includes sale price, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, square footage, address and sale date.  This home valuation service covers roughly 70% of the US but our service is currently ONLY for people in Cook County, IL (Chicago and many suburbs).
